CEC Machine shop consist of various machines, including CNC turning mill, which are capable of handling various machining & manufacturing processes including pressure testing flanges and pipe line flanges.

We also synthesize Diffusers, Steel Mill Molding Guide Pipe, Pumps and Valve Parts, Different types of shafts, nozzles, Difficult grade of Steels, gears etc.

Fabrication

Our fabrication shop can undertake any kind of the General Fabrication works related to Industrial Engineering, Transport and Steel Industries, Power Plant etc.

Pressure Testing Molds and Flanges Special conveyor Buckets, Booms ,Diesel Tanks, Water Tanks, Lifting Beams with Load Testing, Pump Casing Steel Ramps ,Pipe Spool ,Gate Valves and Marine engineering components , Ducting and Manifold Housing ,Bearing Housing etc.

Casting

We undertake following grade of casting in House in our Dubai Facility.

Special Bronze Casting, Aluminium Alloy, Cast Iron, Ductile Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Heat Resistance Casting

CEC also undertake casting of the Bronze Bush, Bearing Housing Pump Housing, Impellers, Guide Pipe, Worm Wheels and Gears, Screws Barrels etc.
